Busan Gwangalli Vienna

Quiet and a good price, but the location is disappointing.

I went with a friend; the price was cheap and it was nice!

There was a car blocking the entrance so we couldn't get in.. It was really tough.. Other than that, it was fine.

I booked the cheapest place I could for the long holiday. They provided a single-layer blanket, and it was a bit cold while sleeping. If you want a European hotel vibe, I recommend it.

Worst among all the places I've stayed domestically and abroad. We got the key and went inside, but a man inside was shirtless, so I was shocked and opened the inner door and left. They gave keys without checking that there were other guests. When I went back to the counter because I was startled, they just made excuses saying they were busy and it was chaotic; communication was poor. They said they would give one room key and keep one, but we were uneasy and asked to have both keys. In the morning someone suddenly knocked and demanded the master key, getting angry and pressuring us. We said we had never been given a master key and only had two copies of our room key, and after a long argument they left. I don't know if it's poor memory or bad management, maybe both. It seems especially dangerous for women. If you want the worst experience, go. If you have no other options, I recommend a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna).

We checked in at 10 PM and were told they had already given our room to another guest. They said we were late and had not contacted them, and complained, but there was no prior contact or confirmation. Even though we had a reservation, they abruptly told us there was no room, which surprised us. The room they put us in instead had a toilet that didn't flush properly, and in the end they couldn't fix it so we had to move to another room. Having to change rooms twice during a trip was really upsetting. The room walls had stains, and overall it did not feel well maintained. I booked a cheap place thinking I'd only sleep there, but I regretted it deeply. The trip to Gwangalli itself was nice, but the accommodation ruined the mood. I will never return.

At this price near Gwangalli, you should be grateful ^^;;; It's about a 10-minute walk to Gwangalli Beach, so accessibility is good.
