I don't usually write reviews, but I want to share my opinion because this experience was very unsatisfactory. Paying 110,000 won plus an extra 20,000 won for additional guests and bedding, a total of 130,000 won, is by no means a small amount, yet all power cords in the room were unplugged, there was no hair dryer, the heating/cooling did not work, and the refrigerator was broken. Overall, facility maintenance was lacking. Also, even though check-out time is 11:00 AM, staff started ringing the bell and knocking on the door from 10:30 AM to rush us to leave, which was very disappointing from a customer service perspective.
