Please be sure to confirm your check-in time when booking.

Rooms may be assigned to a different type than shown in photos.

Event activities such as firecrackers and balloons (attached to walls) are restricted on the wallpaper inside the rooms.

Damage to rooms may result in disadvantages such as claims for damages.

All rooms are based on 2 people. An additional charge of 10,000 KRW applies for each extra person.

Minors are restricted from using the hotel, and mixed-gender groups of 3 or more are restricted.

Please understand that water pressure and temperature control may be delicate when using a comfortable room.

There may be insufficient parking space for late check-ins.

For consecutive nights, if you wish to have your room cleaned, please leave your key at the counter when you go out.

Inquiries for company business trips and group room bookings are welcome.

Our Yuseong Stay Hotel is completely non-smoking in all rooms.

- A smoking area is provided outside on the 1st floor.

- Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.

For Day Use guests

-If you check in earlier than your reserved time, please note that the Day Use period starts from your actual check-in time. Please proceed with check-in accordingly.

- The government began regulating disposable items from March 29th. Disposable items can be purchased at the front desk for 1,000 KRW upon check-in.

Waiting times may occur due to hotel circumstances. We appreciate your understanding : )

- Please understand that same-day cancellations are difficult. Free cancellations are possible within one hour of booking, so guests who wish to cancel should do so within one hour.

-6 types of OTT are available in all rooms.

We are striving to provide as many games as possible, but with the recent emergence of many high-spec games, it is difficult to provide all games.

We ask for your understanding regarding this matter and will continue to upgrade to provide more games. (Guests who wish for smooth gaming are requested to book an Agit room.)

However, cancellations or refunds due to PC game issues are not possible.
