⭐141 Hotel Usage Guidelines
1. Minors are prohibited from entering; no cancellations or refunds allowed.
2. Additional charges apply for consecutive nights.
3. Guests are responsible for restoring the room to its original condition in the event of damage (e.g., broken or discolored items).
4. All rooms are non-smoking; fines will be imposed for unauthorized smoking.
5. Fees will apply for check-out after the designated time.
6. Occupancy exceeding the maximum capacity is prohibited.
7. For each guest over the standard occupancy age 6 or older, an additional fee of 10,000 won applies (20,000 won for party rooms); no extra bedding provided.
8. No mixed-gender occupancy of three or more people, except in party rooms
9. Families traveling with minors must present a family relationship certificate
10. Proof of adulthood is accepted only in the form of a physical ID card, passport, or physical driver’s license.
11. A 20,000 won fee will be charged for lost room keys.
12. Guests engaging in excessive drinking or disruptive behavior within the hotel will be subject to immediate eviction.
13. The hotel is not responsible for theft or loss within guest rooms; please store valuables at the front desk.
14. Pets are not allowed in guest rooms.

Room rates are based on double occupancy, and party room rates are based on four guests per room; an additional fee (10,000 won per person for rooms, 20,000 won per person for party rooms) will be charged for each additional guest.
Valuables must be stored at the front desk; the hotel assumes no liability for any valuables not stored there, in accordance with Article 53 of the Commercial Act.
Hotel 141 Party Room Usage Guidelines
1. Minors are not permitted (except when accompanied by a parent or guardian), and cancellations are non-refundable.
2. Recycling and cleanup are mandatory (please dispose of food waste in the trash can located under the sink).
Bins for general waste and recyclables (such as plastic) are provided inside the room.
Please ensure the room is tidied up and waste is sorted properly before checkout.
Additionally, a food waste bin is located beneath the sink.
Please place large items that do not fit in the trash can (such as liquor bottles or takeout containers)
on top of the trash can. Please note that if trash is not properly sorted,
a certain amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
3. A deposit of 100,000 won will be charged to cover restoration of any damage to the room, as well as cleaning and tidying up.
This deposit will be refunded once cleaning is complete and no issues are found.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building; a fine will be imposed for unauthorized smoking.

6. Check-in is not permitted if the maximum occupancy (20 people) is exceeded
7. A fee of 20,000 won will be charged for lost room keys
8. Please lower the volume when using the karaoke equipment after 10:00 PM.

10. The party room is based on 4 guests; a fee of 20,000 won applies for each additional guest
(Bedding is available upon separate request for an additional 20,000 won per person; a maximum of 5 sets will be provided)
(If you book a standard room on the same day you use the party room, the additional admission fee for 2 people per room will be waived.)
CCTV cameras have been installed at the main entrance and the boiler room entrance to monitor check-in and check-out times and verify the number of guests.
Please rest assured that the cameras do not film the interior of the rooms.
11. We are not responsible for theft or loss within guest rooms; please store valuables at the front desk.
