The owner is extremely friendly. The accommodation is a bit outdated, but if you have any inconveniences, politely ask the owner and they will respond kindly, so you can use it without worry. I had a good rest.

Good value for money. I was worried about bugs, but there were none, which was nice. However, the room had a cigarette smell, which was unfortunate.

Well, first of all the owner is kind, but the room condition is a bit lacking. First, the wallpaper and surrounding appliances were saturated with cigarette smell, mixed with a moldy odor, so it was not very pleasant. The air conditioner also had not been cleaned inside and gave off a musty smell that is not good for the airways. If you just want a place to sleep, I recommend it, but otherwise I do not. Oh! And note that Netflix and similar services do not work. The TV itself does not support them.

Public transport access: From Nampo Station Exit 6, you can get there after three bus stops, so it was not bad for walkers. Nearby noise: The sound of passing buses was not too bothersome. Nearby facilities: There is a convenience store right in front and many restaurants nearby, which is convenient. Room condition: Overall okay, but the cigarette smell was a bit disappointing. I stayed multiple nights and they cleaned after I went out, which I appreciated. Bathroom condition: The sink drained a little slowly. Friendliness: They were friendly. Value for price: Overall good value, so I give 4 stars. Willingness to revisit: I would like to visit again if non-smoking and smoking rooms are separated.
