✅️Room Usage Guide✅

▶️Non-smoking building and all non-smoking rooms (a cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be automatically charged, and guests will be asked to vacate immediately without refund or cancellation for smoking in the room)

▶️When going out after check-in, you must carry your room key. If you leave the key in the elevator's key holder or leave the room door open with the key inserted when going out, it will be treated as check-out. Please be aware of this.

▶️Lost room key fee: 30,000 KRW

▶️Cooking Facilities Unavailable in all rooms

▶️Water and chargers are not provided

Front desk operations will be temporarily suspended from 11 PM until 12 PM the next day (break time). If you wish for face-to-face check-in, please check in by 11 PM. If you check in after that, it will be non-face-to-face. Even if check-in is not possible due to lack of contact, cancellations and refunds are not possible due to this.
