Pets are not allowed in the rooms; if discovered, you will be asked to check out immediately and no refund will be issued. Room rates are based on occupancy for two people; for special rooms such as party rooms, the number of guests must be confirmed directly with the property. Please confirm directly with the partner property whether minors are permitted to stay before proceeding with your reservation. Cancellations or refunds will not be issued for refusals of check-in resulting from reservations where minors are staying alone. If a cancellation occurs due to circumstances on the part of the partner property, a 100% refund will be issued.
