This will probably be my last review. Since I was assigned to this neighborhood and still haven't found a place to move, I visit about 2–3 times a week. Checkout time is 1:00 PM, and because I overslept and missed my alarm, around 1:40 PM a woman knocked on my door after calling repeatedly, saying the phone line was busy, which woke me up. When I checked, the phone was off the hook, so I put it back and hurried to get ready. While I was preparing, I got a call and they said the girlfriend had booked an extra night and hung up. I told them I had been alone the whole time and asked what they meant. The woman sighed and got irritated, then told me to pay an extra fee. I hung up, rushed down, and requested CCTV verification, saying I had been alone since checking in yesterday and had not touched the phone. They said they must have confused me with room 301 and demanded an additional 5,000 won, so I paid 5,000 won. My only fault was missing the alarm, and I did not touch the phone. I received no contact of any kind from the motel until 1:40 PM, yet I paid an extra fee. According to Yanolja, the day-use rate is 18,000 won for 4 hours, but they charged me 5,000 won for being 50 minutes late. When the older couple ran the place, this never happened, but recently I have only seen the grandfather and a different woman in place of the grandmother. I will report this unfair charge to Yanolja.
