Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool.

During summer, the water temperature is provided as warm water.

Due to COVID-19 issues, the outdoor pool may be closed according to Gimhae City administrative orders.

No cancellations or refunds are possible in such cases.

Pets are not allowed to accompany guests in the room. We ask for your understanding.

Minors (under 19 years old) unaccompanied by a guardian are not permitted to check in under any circumstances.

Personal heating devices are not allowed due to fire hazards.

Food delivery is permitted, but Chinese food (soups) is not allowed.

Visitors or outsiders other than the booked guests are restricted from entering, and unauthorized entry may result in forced eviction (based on check-in occupancy).
