The maximum occupancy per room is 2 guests.

Please note that additional guests are not permitted.

If additional guests enter the room without the hotel’s prior approval, all occupants will be immediately evicted, and no refunds will be issued.

Mixed-gender occupancy of three or more people is not permitted, and no refunds will be issued for this reason.

We are not liable for the loss of items not kept in storage. (Commercial Act, Article 153)

Specific room assignments cannot be requested at the time of booking.

Rooms are assigned randomly at check-in and may differ from the photos.

Room information (prices, hours of operation, etc.) is subject to change at any time.

Reservation cancellations and refunds are subject to the app’s policies. Please contact the customer service center for details.

Please leave your key card at the front desk when you go out. (A fee of 20,000 won will be charged for a lost key.)

For consecutive nights (depending on the day of the week), an additional hourly rate will apply.

An additional hourly rate will apply for extended stays beyond the check-out time.

※ Use of the facility may be restricted if you do not present a valid ID upon check-in, and no refunds will be issued for this reason. (Only physical IDs are accepted for verification.)

Use of this facility and mixed-gender occupancy are restricted for minors.

Reservations made by minors will be refused upon check-in and are non-refundable.

During ID verification prior to check-in, only physical identification documents (driver’s license, resident registration card) will be accepted.

Photos of ID documents are not accepted as substitutes, and mobile IDs may also be rejected depending on the situation.

Failure to present valid identification upon check-in may result in restricted access, and no refunds will be issued for this reason.

If minors are found using the facility or sharing a room, they may be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued.
