Early Parking: We would appreciate it if all guests who arrive before check-in time would notify the front desk after parking.

Parking Policy: One parking space per room (please inquire at the front desk for exceptions).

Valet Parking: This service is not available. Please park in the designated parking spaces on the B1 level of the shopping center.

Hotel Policies and Guidelines

Online Cancellations and Refunds: As these are subject to the channel provider’s policies, please contact their customer service center.

Offline Cancellations and Refunds: 100% refund if canceled 3 days in advance, 70% if canceled 2 days in advance, 50% if canceled 1 day in advance; no cancellations or refunds are permitted on the day of arrival.

Opposite-Sex Co-Accommodation for Minors: Opposite-sex co-accommodation for minors is illegal and not permitted. For families, check-in is only allowed if a family relationship certificate, a certified copy of the household registration, and a parental consent form are provided.

Adult Co-Sleeping: To prevent potential accidents, we do not permit adults of the opposite sex to share a room. However, in unavoidable circumstances, this is permitted only if an additional room is booked to accommodate the extra guests.

Illegal Acts: Regulations regarding unauthorized alterations to interior structures, removal of non-disposable amenities from the premises, loss of room furnishings, possession or use of open flames, and acts that disturb the sleep of other guests are

strictly enforced as hotel policies. Failure to comply may result in penalties, so please be mindful of these rules.

Identification: The hotel has the legal right to request identification to prevent minors of the opposite sex from sharing a room. If you refuse to provide identification when requested, your reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
