If there are no parking spaces within the hotel, you can park in the adjacent public empty lot (free).

Guests staying for multiple nights can request cleaning at the front desk.

The payment amount for all rooms is based on the standard occupancy.

If additional guests stay in rooms with a set maximum occupancy without prior agreement, forced eviction will be enforced without a refund. An additional 50% of the accommodation fee will also be charged.

Even temporary visits by additional guests without prior agreement are not permitted.

For example, a room with a maximum occupancy of 2 people can only accommodate 2 people (infants are also counted as 1 person)

Yukata (for men, women, and children) and props for photography are available for rent only to guests who have reserved the Dado Standard, Ryokan, or Ryokan Terrace rooms.

Please note that yukata and prop rentals are only available to guests who have booked Dado Standard and Ryokan rooms, and rentals may be unavailable if there is a shortage due to other guests' use.

Smoking outside while wearing a yukata is strictly prohibited.

The use of bath bombs is prohibited.

If traces of use remain, cleaning and restoration costs will be charged.

All rooms are non-smoking, and guests caught smoking in the room will be asked to vacate immediately without warning. Despite having no-smoking signs in the elevator and rooms, we at Usagi will refuse service to inconsiderate guests who cause harm to others.

Room changes due to smoking odors in the room are not possible. We at Usagi are dedicated to continuously checking and managing smoking in our rooms. While our efforts ensure most rooms are in optimal condition, there may be temporary limitations due to some inconsiderate guests, and thus, room changes for this reason are not possible.

Smoking is permitted in the 1st-floor parking lot where an ashtray is provided. Guests staying in Ryokan Terrace rooms may use the ashtray provided on the rooftop terrace.

Pets are not allowed. If found, guests will be asked to vacate immediately and charged for room cleaning.

An additional fee will be charged for check-outs after the designated time. Please note that we may not contact you individually before the check-out time.

Bicycles are prohibited inside the rooms. Guests will be asked to vacate immediately if bicycles are brought in without prior permission. Charging electric bicycles is also prohibited.

Please note that a fee will be charged for any contamination or damage to bedding, such as food or blood stains.
