I had a good, inexpensive stay. The place is old but feels well maintained and tidy. There was no cigarette smell, and it is located at the entrance to Gangneung, making it a good place to stay when traveling from out of town.

The counter closes at 10 PM (subject to change; will be announced). If there is no contact, it will be considered a No-Show, and entry and refunds are not possible.

Room rates are based on 2 people (for each additional person, 10,000 KRW will be added; for each additional blanket, 10,000 KRW will be added, based on weekdays).
Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted (Standard Room: max 2 people, Twin Room: max 3 people. Temporary entry is also not permitted).
Entry and re-entry are not permitted starting 1 hour before check-out time.
After check-out time, additional fees will be charged regardless of prior notice (8,000 KRW per hour, based on weekdays).
No smoking in rooms: Smoking areas are provided separately on each floor.
Minors and pets are not permitted: Immediate check-out without refund.
In case of damage to property or contamination of bedding: Claim for compensation will be made (if fleeing without notice or agreement, a report and legal action will be pursued).
Bringing seafood (sashimi, king crab, red snow crab, etc.) into the room is prohibited.
Furthermore, if inconvenience is caused to staff or other guests, check-out will be requested and measures taken.
