The owner and all the staff are very kind, and although it's an unmanned operation, if you contact them with any requests you'll receive quick feedback right away. The accommodation is an emotional remodel of an old inn, offering a special atmosphere and bedding so comfortable you would never expect at this price — it was touching. The bathroom is clean and the location is exactly midway between Jungang-dong and Daepo Port, so the route was convenient and nice. There are many karaoke places nearby, but the property faces a main road so it never felt dangerous or dark. Recently many luxury hotels have opened in Sokcho, but I strongly recommend staying at Surim Hotel and spending more on delicious food ^^.

Cancellation/refunds for entry refusal due to booking by minors for mixed-gender stays are not possible.
Even for special rooms with a maximum standard occupancy of 2 people or more, mixed-gender groups of 3 or more (other than family units) are not permitted.
Please note that this property is a non-smoking building. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine and additional costs related to odor removal may be charged in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.
Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. Attachment of tape for events and the use of fire hazards such as gunpowder and fireworks are prohibited. In case of damage or fire after use, liability for compensation may be charged.
Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation. For commercial video shoots, please inquire in advance.
According to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, and valuables in vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The property is not responsible for cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.
When going out after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged if the card key is lost.
Excessive noise caused by activities such as drinking or loud singing may result in eviction, and refunds are not possible.
