Taebaek Aegis

Had a great stay, leaving now~

I visited for the second time, and just like last time they kindly took care of everything I needed. During my extended stay they even asked about cleaning service when we went out, so we were able to travel comfortably and enjoyably with my child. I am 100% planning to return next time.

On the first day I pressed the steam sauna button but thought it was broken and didn't use it. On the second day, after going out and coming back, the room had been cleaned and the steam sauna button worked normally, so I warmed my cold body, sweated, and felt great. The train station, bus terminal, and taxi stand are all a 1-2 minute walk, so the location is excellent. The owner's kindness was very satisfying; the electric blanket was warm and the mattress was soft, so my child slept well. As for drawbacks, there is exposed wiring under the TV with no cover, which is dangerous and should have a cover. The wallpaper has yellowish streaks, maybe from window moisture. The water temperature was fine, but the shower head that looks like a sunflower seemed loose as if a screw was undone and wobbled, and three shower buttons do not work even when turned. Aside from those issues, we stayed comfortably, and if repairs and safety are kept up I will continue to visit. Price, accessibility, the owner's kindness, and a reasonable level of soundproofing made this an 80% satisfying trip.

Visited Taebaek for the holiday! As always, the owner greeted us warmly and Aegis felt like home! Always grateful!

I had a warm, restful stay. I thought checkout was at 12:00 and waited 40 minutes, but they called to say checkout was at 11:00 so I checked out. Thank you~~~
