Decent value on weekdays. The aging and surrounding noise are no joke, but the water pressure is good and it's fine overall.

Hmm.. First, it is old. The furniture is broken, the sink is heavily cracked, and the room is not spacious. A good point is that it is fine for one person, and the shower pressure is good. However, if you get the wrong room, it can be very noisy from next door, so be prepared—soundproofing is weak. What surprised me was the weekend price... Even though it is downtown, it is much more expensive compared to motel rates. I was going to make a reservation but was shocked by the price, so I walked 8 minutes to the opposite side and found a place for half the price and went there.
Honestly, just a place to sleep—good value
On a trip to Busan with acquaintances after a long time, the accommodation was my biggest complaint. First, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and there were cockroaches. The toilet was loose/moved, and it was very different from the photos, so I will not use it next time.
The facilities were clean so I rested comfortably and left~~
The room smelled a bit of cigarette smoke, but I like it because it's in a busy area!
