We use ultra-luxury king-size beds for newlyweds, designed for premium hotels (30 times the price of beds in regular motels).

The spacious bed is not cramped; two men can lie down comfortably.

We use hotel-grade bedding, used only once.

Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, etc., used by other guests are never reused.

This may seem basic, but not many establishments adhere to it.

We clean all rooms barefoot; this is unique in Iksan.

Due to the structure, the bathroom door is located in the marble antechamber, not the bedroom.

Therefore, we do not enter the bedroom to clean the bathroom, and water dripping from shoes or cleaning tools used for cleaning the toilet does not contaminate the bedroom, keeping it clean.

The standard occupancy upon check-in is 2 people.

Minors are prohibited from entering. If a minor is found to have entered without permission, they will be evicted without a refund.

If noise occurs during the stay, guests will be evicted without a refund.

If 3 or more people are found to have entered, they will be evicted without a refund.
