Cancellations/refunds for admission refusal due to unaccompanied minors or mixed-gender minor reservations are not possible.

Smoking in rooms or within the building will incur a fine of 100,000 KRW according to Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, and additional charges for odor removal may be applied if smoking occurs in the room.

Check-in and check-out times can be confirmed upon reservation.

How to use the Annex Bath & Ondol Sauna: At check-in, receive your room key and Annex Bath key via the kiosk. For the Ondol Sauna, a separate QR code must be obtained via the kiosk call button.

Location: To access the spa and sauna, take the stairs next to the elevator on the 4th floor up to the 5th floor. Please use the Annex Bath key and Ondol Sauna QR code you received upon entry.

In alignment with ESG management for environmental sustainability, some disposable amenity sets are available for purchase.

Reusable products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room are free to use.

Parking space is limited to 5 cars on a first-come, first-served basis, so please contact us in advance when arriving by car.
