ID will be checked at check-in. Minors cannot check in, and those without ID will be restricted from using the room.

All rooms are based on 2 people per room.

Please inquire at the front desk for additional guests. (Additional fee of ₩10,000 per person)

Parking is available for 1 car per room. An additional ₩10,000 will be charged for extra parking. (Maximum 2 cars)

((If checking in on foot, parking is not allowed!! If you choose to walk and bring a car, those who reserved with a car will not be able to park!))

Siheung Palm is doing its best to thoroughly disinfect the hotel and manage the hygiene of its staff in preparation for COVID-19. (Disinfection of all rooms and corridors, shower gowns are stored separately after washing, please inquire at the counter)

When going out after check-in

Please leave your key at the front desk and inform them.

Especially for Day Use guests,

If you go out with the room key without informing us,

You may be checked out,

And the responsibility lies with the guest.

Compensation fee (₩20,000) for lost room key.

Failure to return room key may result in being blacklisted.
