The hotel is really, really clean and the cleaning is thorough. The hallway is not dark and the light-colored wallpaper doesn't feel cramped, so I felt good the whole way to the room 😁 The cozy wood-tone interior, snow-white bedding, and a projector that you can connect to Netflix or your smartphone made for an even more comfortable experience on a big screen! It's an unmanned desk, so check-in is simple via a kiosk, and there are extra towels on each floor, which is convenient. Within 1-3 minutes there are convenience stores, tasty restaurants, a takeout sashimi restaurant, and if you go into the alley and cross the street you immediately reach Suyu Market~!! The hotel's surrounding infrastructure is great!! I believe you will absolutely not regret choosing this place as a spot to start and end a great day and to enjoy some rest 😉

Rua Hotel Usage Guide

Rua Hotel operates with unmanned kiosks, and CCTV operates 24 hours in common areas (corridors and inside/outside the building).

Our staff continuously monitors it.

Please do not smoke in the rooms.

Check-in and Check-out Information

- Check-in time: Weekdays (6 PM) Weekends (8 PM) / Premium rooms allow check-in at 3 PM

- Check-out time: Weekdays (10 AM) Weekends (12 PM)

- If you wish for a late check-out, please inquire separately.

Premium Room Information

- Please note that the foot bath cannot be used from December to February due to pipe freezing issues.

- Check-in time for premium rooms is 3 PM.

- When using the foot bath, free hot water is available from 3 PM to 6 PM. After that time, an additional fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged for hot water usage. We recommend confirming the check-in time and using the free hot water during the designated hours.

- Please turn off the starlight lighting on the terrace after 10 PM. And please refrain from making loud noises on the terrace.
