It was really cozy and nice, just like its name! You need a key card to use the elevator, which is both good and a bit inconvenient... Still overall satisfied!! haha
The facilities are clean, but many of the robes have broken straps. I couldn't tie them, so I asked for a robe with straps and received one, but it also had no straps. Overall, it seems an inspection is needed.

I try to book cozy accommodations whenever possible. The room condition was amazing The bedding was comfortable so I rested well.
