1.Breakfast is not provided, and the Samseong Bakery Cafe on the 1st floor operates from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
2.Rooms are assigned randomly based on the day's cleaning status and may differ from the representative room photos.
(If you wish for a specific room, please inquire in advance before check-in.)
3.Due to environmental protection laws prohibiting the free provision of disposable items, amenities provided in the rooms include shampoo, body cleanser, conditioner, and soap. Please bring disposable items such as toothpaste and toothbrushes, or use the vending machines located on the 1st floor of the front desk.
4.Minors are allowed to check in with family accompaniment, but independent use and mixed-gender stays are prohibited.
(Identity verification for minors will be conducted before check-in, so please bring your ID.)
5.There are no computers in the rooms; however, you can access and watch OTT services like Netflix and Disney+ with your personal ID. Free Wi-Fi is available.
6.All rooms are non-smoking; please use areas outside the building for smoking.
7.Pets are not allowed. Bringing in strongly scented foods such as king crab and red snow crab is prohibited.

4.Nearby tourist attractions include Gyeongpo Lake, Ojukheon, Gyeongpo Artificial Waterfall, and Gangmun Sotsaedari Bridge.
The hotel is approximately a 15-minute taxi ride from Gangneung Station, Gangneung Intercity Bus Terminal, and Express Bus Terminal.

Only the maximum occupancy for the room is allowed.
A fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged if the card key is lost.

It was very clean and a perfect place to rest. It's great.
The accommodation is located a bit further inside. Still, it's quiet and the room is clean.
It's more spacious and tidy than I expected.
The place was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and it was close to the beach, so I liked it~ There was a subtle scent in the lobby that made me feel good. It was my first trip to Gangneung in a while, and thank you for making it a pleasant one 👍
I checked in shortly after midnight on Friday and checked out on Sunday morning. Around 11 AM before arrival you asked for our arrival time, so it seemed like you were confirming check-ins and I hurried over. At check-in you explained things kindly. The elevator, interior, and furnishings looked new and clean. However, I have some complaints. Because I arrived after work on the first night it was very late when I checked in and I was given cleaning and related information before entering. I went out right away and after dinner returned, which must have been after 2 AM. One of the bathrobes provided in the room smelled strongly as if it had not been properly washed and dried. The bedding, blankets, and pillows had the same odor, but because it was late I used them without contacting the front desk. At check-in I was told that room tidying and replenishment would be done by 3 PM, but after going out the next day and returning I again noticed odors on the bedding and pillows. The smelly robe and towels had been removed but were not replaced. The bedding looked arranged, but there were hairs and other things left on the blanket and sofa, so it seemed more like someone straightened things up and replaced items rather than actually cleaning. It was already past 3 PM, and I had a feeling that even if I requested replacements it would be the same situation, so I wanted to report it at checkout. However, when I checked out after 6 PM there was no one at the front desk, so I am leaving this review here. I understand the owner probably cannot check everything every day, but if more attention were paid this could be a much better hotel.
The interior was clean and quiet, so I slept well! I wish there had been a few more towels.. The parking area is spacious, so no worries about parking~
It was really clean and comfortable to use. There was no unpleasant odor in the room, no noise, and I was satisfied with my stay.
Clean and the room is relatively spacious. The price is good too. The first-floor lobby is also large, making it nice for breakfast or evening chats. The parking lot had plenty of space. I'll rebook next time I go to Gangneung ^^
I have two kids who roll around everywhere, so I was looking for a low bed and stumbled on this place by chance — the satisfaction level was top-notch! The location is close to the beach and tourist spots, there is a convenience store nearby, and the bathroom and room cleanliness were excellent. The kids had a blast just with the ball pit and tent. They even wanted to get into the accommodation sooner than go to the beach; I would recommend this place to friends ^^
The accommodation was spacious and clean. I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but they showed me to the room—thank you. I will definitely come again.
