The facilities are good and very clean.
Accommodation that matches the price. Nothing more, nothing less.
The staff were friendly and the place was kept clean every day.
At first they gave us a room that had not been remodeled and looked very different from the photos. When I pointed it out, they said it had been remodeled in the past but had aged, and that they took it over from the previous owner. That explanation was hard to understand from a guest perspective. If that is the case, I think you should update the photos to reflect the current condition. Even after they changed our room, it did not just look aged: there was broken glass on the wall taped over, the shower area had no door and was open, and the shelf under the sink was all crooked. Overall the furniture seems to need maintenance. The room itself was cleaned well and there were enough necessary supplies. Especially for people who are going to watch baseball or go into town, the location and price definitely make this accommodation very cost-effective. haha
I had a good rest. I will come again.
Nongmin Tteugeuni is nearby, and there are large, plentiful mirrors so it was great for women to do their makeup!!
Both the cleanliness and the room style made it a nice place to rest briefly.
I booked because the photos looked neat, but the first room I was assigned was very different from the pictures. There was no bathroom door, and mold and exposed plumbing were visible inside, which was shocking. When I told the owner that it looked nothing like the photos, he explained that the photos were of a renovated room, but shouldn't I have been given the renovated room from the start...? Thankfully they moved me right away, but the newly assigned room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke from the hallway into the room that it gave me a headache. The location and parking were convenient, but the room condition was far below expectations and it was a disappointing stay.
The owner was really kind, haha
Overall it was clean and quiet, and best of all you cannot use the elevator without the room key, so it felt secure!!
