I booked a VIP room, but when I went in a large cockroach like that appeared. I am somewhat sensitive to bugs, so even if there were bugs in the building I might not have noticed, but since I already saw one like that I could not stay there. I urgently moved to another accommodation farther away. I requested a refund, but they said they do not refund for bugs. Both the owner and the NOL company said the same thing. The owner was also very rude. They say the cancellation policy only allows refunds up to the day before the stay, so they wont refund, but who would know a place has bugs and cancel in advance? Do I have to inspect the place a day before my stay?
