Minors are strictly prohibited from staying. Stays are permitted only when accompanied by a parent.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building, including guest rooms. If damage occurs inside or outside the room due to smoking,

you will be charged for the repair costs.

All types of party activities are prohibited.

Parties often result in serious damage to the guest rooms.

This includes damage caused by attaching tape to wallpaper, breaking furniture, candle-lit events, and losing room keys.

In the event of such damage, the full cost will be charged to the guest.

Additional fees will be charged for late check-outs.

Standard Rooms (1 double bed) and Twin Rooms (1 double bed / 1 single bed) have a maximum occupancy of 3 guests. The standard occupancy is

2 guests per room, and an additional fee of 10,000 won applies for each additional guest.

1. Additional Person Fee

- A fee of 10,000 won applies for stays of 48 months or longer.

(However, a fee of 10,000 won will be charged even for stays shorter than 48 months if additional bedding is requested.)

Automatic Detection, Fever Screening, and Infection Control

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have completed thorough disinfection of the entire building and are conducting daily disinfection of in-room amenities and door handles on our own.

We are maintaining cleanliness by providing hand sanitizer at the front desk.

We have implemented a contactless system to provide our guests with the utmost comfort and the best service.

Advance Reservation Room Upgrade (subject to availability)

Due to logistics companies being closed on Sundays, breakfast service is unavailable on Mondays.

Please note that during the Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays, logistics supply may be disrupted, making it unavoidably impossible to provide breakfast. We appreciate your understanding.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

Since breakfast is provided as a complimentary service, only light meals will be served when there are few guests.

On specific days such as Saturdays, Sundays, and other weekends, when booking a Standard Room for day use or overnight stay, if the Standard Room is fully booked,

we will arrange for a two-bed room as a substitute.

All room keys must be returned at checkout.

(A fee of 20,000 won will be charged per lost room key.)

Pets such as dogs and cats are not permitted.
