It was really bad. There were so many mosquitoes in the room that I caught three of them, and I don't know when the mattress was last changed — it was itchy and the sheets were all wrinkled and stained, and the bathroom had a lot of mold. They said amenities were not provided, and I literally could not sleep, so I left after around 1 a.m. When I left, I saw they gave amenities to another guest. I guess they pick and choose who gets them. I went based on the photos and left after just three hours.

The owner was kind. A bit disappointing that there was no electric kettle. No disposable toiletries at all. The air conditioner was clean and odor-free, which was nice to use. Overall satisfied.
I definitely booked a pet-friendly room but they just gave me a regular room. There were no pet supplies at all. I almost had a big problem because I forgot to bring pee pads ; The accommodation is very different from the photos.. I know many places in Daecheon are like this, but this motel is quite dated. The room smelled and the towels smelled too. The pillowcase was dirty so it felt gross.. Still, the staff were kind.

and let them know you need a bathtub (the bathtub is designed for one person).
The hotel has parking for 14 cars. A large, free public parking lot is available right in front of the hotel.
If necessary, you may park your car off-site.

A fee of 30,000 won will be charged for lost key cards (as this is not a transaction-based fee, please pay in cash or via bank transfer).
The hotel is not liable for lost valuables.
Rooms may not be used for purposes other than lodging. Any actions that violate applicable laws are strictly prohibited, and please refrain from causing disturbances that may inconvenience other guests.
Please be careful of slippery floors when using the bathroom. If the drain is not draining properly, please contact the front desk immediately.
Please confirm directly with the hotel whether minors are permitted to stay before proceeding with your reservation.
The following items are prohibited in the lobby and guest rooms: (items emitting strong odors / cooking utensils / flammable or combustible materials / firearms and bladed weapons not legally authorized for possession, etc.) Cancellations or refunds will not be processed for violations of these rules.
Shared accommodations for three or more people are not permitted (only two people are allowed; if three or more people share a room, the reservation will be canceled with no refund, and you may be forced to check out. Please be aware of this and keep it in mind). If caught (including upon check-out in the morning), an additional charge equal to three times the nightly rate will be imposed. Please be sure to take note of this to avoid any disadvantages during your stay.
Cancellations or refunds are not permitted for check-in refusals resulting from reservations made by minors sharing a room.
We may request to verify identification for mixed-gender stays; failure to present valid ID may result in refusal of entry, and no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation.
Guests are liable to compensate the hotel for any damage to room property (including fixtures, furniture, wallpaper, and all other items inside or outside the room) or theft, and may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
The use of flammable or explosive materials (such as gunpowder or fireworks) inside the room is prohibited; in the event of a fire or excessive damage, the guest will be held liable for compensation.
