Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel within the rooms, with smoke detectors installed. If caught smoking, guests will be held responsible for any harm caused to other guests.
Therefore, we kindly ask for your cooperation in voluntary non-smoking for the health and hygiene of non-smokers, the elderly, and infants.
Ashtrays are provided outside the hotel parking lot entrance in the central area, so please use the designated smoking area.
Our hotel strives to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers, but occasionally unforeseen shortcomings in facilities, cleanliness, or hospitality may occur.
In such cases, please immediately inform the front desk of any inconveniences, and we will promptly rectify the situation or change your room. We appreciate your understanding.

Check-in time extension possible only with prior contact for delayed check-in.
If there is no prior contact, it will be considered a No-Show.
Parking Area Guide (45 spaces)
A Parking Zone: 16 spaces in front of the front desk at the hotel's main entrance on the 1st floor.
B Parking Zone: 13 spaces entering through the automatic door next to Daeha Haemultang restaurant on the main road.
B1 Parking Zone: 16 spaces entering the underground parking lot on the right side of the building.

After parking, please confirm your reservation with the front desk before going out.
If parked without reservation confirmation, it will be considered unauthorized parking and a fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged for the first hour, and 5,000 KRW for every 10 minutes thereafter.
Multi-night stays are available 365 days a year.
However, during multi-night stays, linen will not be replaced unless specially soiled. Upon request for cleaning, bed linens will be tidied and other room amenities replenished (display a green card on the doorknob when leaving).
Bedding replacement is primarily for stays of 3 nights or more, once every 3 nights (display a blue card on the doorknob when leaving).
Cleaning requests close at 4:00 PM on the same day.
Please check the admission standards for each room. An additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person will be charged for extra guests.
-An additional fee of 10,000 KRW applies for preschoolers.
Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).
ID will be checked upon check-in, and minors are restricted from entry.

Lost items found in rooms will be kept for one month.
If the owner of the lost item contacts us, it will be kept for one week.
Lost items that exceed the retention period will be disposed of at the hotel's discretion.
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoke detectors are installed in the rooms, and if smoking is detected and causes damage to other guests, full responsibility will be assumed.
Therefore, we ask for your voluntary cooperation in refraining from smoking for the health and hygiene of non-smokers, the elderly, infants, and children.
Additionally, an ashtray is provided outside the hotel entrance for the smoking area, so please use it when smoking.
We inform you that charges will be applied for intentional damage to room facilities and severe contamination as follows:
Wallpaper contamination and repair costs: 300,000 KRW
Home appliances (TV, etc.): Actual repair costs or product purchase price (reference price: 300,000-500,000 KRW for 65-inch screen replacement, 700,000-900,000 KRW for 75-inch)
Duvet cover: 40,000 KRW
Bed cover: 30,000 KRW
Towel: 5,000 KRW

The woman at the information desk with glasses who spoke Chinese was really rude, and the room had a lot of dust — when I came back my rhinitis acted up. They make the facilities look nice, but there is a lot of dust, many hairs on the bathroom tiles, and the toilet gives off a rank smell. It's dirty. Never go.
I rested comfortably.. I always like that there is never any worry about parking.
I always use it and am always satisfied. Clean, friendly, and the parking spaces are plenty.. perfect score.
The room was spacious and very nice.
The condition was clean. There was also a large bathtub that the kids like. The coffee machine in the hallway and especially the ice maker were very useful for our family. I intend to use it again, and we rested comfortably.

The interior was spacious and comfortable, so I enjoyed the spa and felt refreshed! The area wasn't noisy, which was nice! However, there were two disappointing points. Netflix didn't work, so I inquired twice via one-on-one chat but the manager didn't reply. I was too lazy to call, so I just logged into my own account and watched. Also, I went to enjoy the spa but found body hair stuck to the bathtub, which was gross... It felt like the cleaning wasn't thorough. I bought a bath additive at the front desk, and since it would be pointless to leave without using the spa, I cleaned it myself and enjoyed it. It would be good if the bathtub cleanliness were checked one more time.
I go here every time I visit Bupyeong; the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and it's really nice.
Revisited for a business trip — excellent.
