They were extremely kind and it was very clean and nice! It was a bit warm, but it cools down quickly when you turn on the air conditioner haha. Since I was eating delivery food, they even gave me a table, and when YouTube wouldn't play they came and fixed it themselves!
This is a place I visit every winter. The floor and bed are warm and the room has a bright atmosphere, so it's good for going alone or as a couple.
I was a bit worried it might be far from the station, but the distance was reasonable and the way there was easy to find. Above all, knowing the manager lives on-site made me feel secure, and the room was clean and friendly; it was not as small as I expected. It was adequate. The bathroom is on the smaller side. Hot water works well, and each bed has an electric blanket so you can adjust the temperature, giving it a sort of graduate-student room feel. There is an outdoor rooftop and a convenience store nearby. I thought the neighboring room was empty, but the next day I heard voices and realized someone was there. My friend and I had a good rest ^^
Next time I go to the Konkuk University area I'll definitely stay here — I was extremely satisfied. It was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the facilities were good, and the location was close to where I wanted to go. There was no cigarette smell at all, all amenities were provided, and I could take water freely, so it was really convenient. On the last day there was construction in the next building so I couldn't sleep, but I think it will be fine if they are careful for a while. It was truly the best. They even had basic medicines, everyone was so kind, they can store luggage, it's top-notch. Definitely stay here!!
Not bad, but there were quite a few gnats.

Smoking in the room will result in eviction and a 300,000 KRW charge for room environment restoration.
Damage to bedding and wallpaper:
If there are indelible stains such as cosmetics, food, or blood on bedding or wallpaper, or tape marks on wallpaper, restoration and damage compensation costs will be charged.
If noise persists after 3 warnings, eviction measures will be taken. The hallway is narrow; please open the door carefully for safe passage.
This is a property used by many guests. We kindly ask for your consideration to avoid making noise. Thank you.
