It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled of cigarette smoke. I called the lobby and they immediately changed the room, but the replacement room had someone else's hair on the bedding.

The Belin Hotel operates a private and convenient self-service kiosk check-in system. After making a reservation, you can conveniently check in using the kiosk located in the lobby. To ensure a comfortable stay, please be sure to adhere to the check-in and check-out times.

To ensure safe and proper room management, we require all guests to present a valid ID or passport for verification; minors are not permitted to check in. Please note that refusal to provide identification may result in restricted access, and refunds will not be issued for this reason.

Check-in and check-out times are as follows:

Standard Check-in: 6:00 PM

Standard Check-out: 12:00 PM

Occupancy and Additional Fees

- All rooms are based on a maximum occupancy of 2 guests.

- Additional fees apply for early check-in and late check-out (10,000 KRW per hour, as indicated).

Notice Regarding Restrictions on Minors

- In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, minors are strictly prohibited from staying at the property or sharing a room with adults.

- Upon check-in, the identification of all guests will be verified via the kiosk and monitoring system. If check-in is denied due to failure to present identification, cancellations and refunds will not be permitted.

No-Smoking Policy for a Comfortable Environment

- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in all areas and rooms of our property.

- Please be advised that if smoking is detected in a room, you will be charged 200,000 won for special cleaning fees and compensation for lost revenue due to the inability to rent the room to the next guest.

Observing Quiet Hours

- After 10:00 PM, please refrain from excessive noise or the use of audio devices to ensure other guests can rest comfortably. (Persistent noise may result in termination of your stay.)

- Please use the amenities and facilities in your room with care, as you may be charged for any damage or soiling. If you encounter any issues, please contact our Customer Service Center at any time, and we will assist you promptly.

Reservation Notice: Room rates are based on double occupancy; for special rooms such as party rooms, the number of guests must be confirmed directly. An additional fee applies for each extra guest.
