Inquiries Regarding Consecutive Nights/Extensions (Excludes consecutive-night packages; consecutive stays in the same room are not allowed)

All rooms are limited to a maximum of 2 guests. If you wish to stay with 3 or more guests, please be sure to contact the property before making your reservation (includes glamping guests; glamping provides one 2-person room).

Family Twin rooms accommodate up to 3 guests (since the payment amount is based on 2 guests, an additional fee of 10,000 won will apply; please pay this fee upon check-in!)

- Rooms for “Walking Special,” “Late Check-in,” “Event Rooms,” and “First-Come, First-Served Specials” are assigned randomly. Please be sure to check before booking. (We also have twin rooms with two beds, so if there are many double room reservations and no twin room reservations available, you’ll be assigned a twin room. If you wish to change your room type, you’ll be charged the difference between the price you paid and the price of the available room / We do not automatically assign one bed for a single guest or two beds for a couple... As the name implies, room assignments are random based on availability, so if you want a double room, please, please book a double room ㅜㅜ )

- Netflix, Disney, and TVING are available in all rooms

- Hair straighteners are provided in the rooms

- Wired chargers can be rented at the front desk after leaving your ID as collateral

For products where the room or bed type is not specified at the time of check-in, specific rooms and bed types are not guaranteed (walk-in specials, late check-in, first-come-first-served specials, and event rooms are assigned randomly).

If you wish to change your room (including changes due to adding guests), you will be charged the difference between the price of your desired room type and the room type you booked (plus a separate 10,000 KRW fee for each additional guest). (For same-day room changes, you may be charged the rate for the new room type plus an additional fee based on the time, and your stay time may be reduced. If you have a specific room in mind, please be sure to book that exact room!!!!)

If you wish to stay for multiple nights or extend your stay, please be sure to contact the property~

- Consecutive nights or extensions are not allowed for randomly assigned rooms. (Your room will be changed.)

- For all stays, check-out is at 3:00 PM on weekdays, and check-in is at 4:00 PM the following day!

Please be sure to check the times; a 15,000 KRW surcharge applies for each hour of unused time.

Same-day cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited.

If you are asked to present ID (resident registration card or driver’s license) upon check-in and are denied entry due to being a minor or failing to present valid ID, cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited.

[Basic Principles]

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room. (Applies to both hourly parking and overnight stays.)

The parking start time is the same as the check-in time.

[For Additional Vehicles]

If you wish to park two or more vehicles per room,

a fee of 30,000 won will be charged per additional vehicle.

During busy times, such as weekends, parking for additional vehicles may not be available if you arrive without prior notice.

[Early Parking Before Check-in]

If you wish to park before your check-in time,

an additional fee of 15,000 won per hour will be charged.

If parking spaces are limited, parking may not be available even if you are willing to pay the additional fee.

[Parking Restrictions]

No Car Keys - Parking is not permitted if you do not have your car keys.

Walk-In Special - Parking is strictly prohibited when booking this special offer.

Trucks - If you are traveling by truck, please be sure to contact the property before making a reservation.

[Valet Parking]

- Valet parking service is provided only upon check-in. (If you need to park again after going out, you must park your vehicle yourself.)

- A service to move your vehicle out of the parking lot is not provided.

At Avenue, our rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 2 guests per room.

If you wish to stay with 3 or more guests, please be sure to contact the front desk before making your reservation. ㅜㅜ

(Rooms accommodating up to 3 guests: Family Twin) - A room change fee plus an additional 10,000 KRW per person will apply.

_Since we have limited room types, if you arrive without inquiring first and the 3-person rooms are fully booked, you will need to book an additional room!!!

- One 2-person glamping room is provided.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room!! (Day use, overnight stays)

Please note that parking rules follow the same check-in time policy—we appreciate your understanding!

If you wish to park before your scheduled check-in time, a fee of 15,000 won per hour will be charged (please contact the front desk).

If you check out later than the scheduled check-out time, an additional fee will apply!

The fee is 15,000 won per hour; if you exceed one hour, you will be charged one full day’s rate, so please keep this in mind!

(It’s not 10,000 won per hour ㅜㅜ—if you stay past one hour, you’ll be charged the full hourly rate without exception!!

If you don’t let us know in advance, it will disrupt the schedule for the next guests ㅜㅜ. We’d appreciate it if you could let us know ahead of time~~♥)

★★ For glamping with 2 or more people, please contact the accommodation directly!!!!★★

All guests staying with 3 or more people or using the glamping site must contact the accommodation before making a reservation. It’s always so stressful when problems arise ㅜ

Room rates are based on 2 guests // For 3 or more guests, a room change fee and additional guest fee will be charged (please contact us about accommodations ㅜㅜ)----If you don’t contact us in advance, there won’t be any rooms available ㅠ

Check-in will be denied if you do not have a valid ID (social media profiles and student IDs are not accepted).

For groups of 2 or more (additional guests must use only the glamping site and return home), a fee of 15,000 won per person applies.

If any guest in the group does not have a valid ID, only that guest will be denied entry. Cancellations or refunds due to lack of ID are absolutely not permitted.

※Glamping Hours※

Weekdays and weekends: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM // Check-in time: We’ll assist you based on your scheduled check-in time for that day’s stay

Please clean up after using the glamping site (recyclables, food waste, and proper waste separation)

A cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged if the area is not cleaned up.

Campfire and BBQ Set (charcoal + disposable grill plate): 30,000 won (No outside items allowed)

Alcohol is available for purchase at the concession stand.

Notice: Additional Fees Apply When Using the Glamping Site!!

Campfire: (Half box: 20,000 won for 30–60 minutes), (Full box: 30,000 won for approximately 2 hours)

BBQ Set (Charcoal + Disposable Grill Plate): 30,000 won; Butane Gas: 3,000 won (available for purchase)

- You may not bring in or use charcoal purchased elsewhere. (Even if you bring your own, you must pay 30,000 won to use the charcoal. ㅜㅜ)

Alcohol is available for purchase at the snack bar.

The standard room allocation is one double room for two people.

If additional guests wish to stay overnight, you must book an additional room.

For additional guests who only use the glamping site and then return home,

an additional fee of 15,000 won per person applies.

A Family Twin room is available for 3 guests—the charge is the difference between the standard double room rate and the Family Twin rate, plus the additional guest fee per person (rates vary between weekdays and weekends).

For a party of three, please let us know in advance to reserve a Family Twin room.
