I usually book through other apps, but this time I used Yanolja for the first time. During check-in I was quite upset. They started by saying there was no reservation and kept asking if I had booked here, saying their fax did not arrive. They just left me standing at the front desk and asked if I had used an English name, saying the situation was messy and that I should find another solution. The room also smelled. Previously, a man asked if we were family and what our relationship was. I don't know if business is doing well for you, but please improve customer service, and if the woman staff does not know what to do, please train her so she can assist properly.
