I visited during the May holiday. I went to check in around dinner time and a man greeted me. He said something like, "We're busy, so please cooperate," which felt a bit off. If they are busy, that's their situation — why should we have to "cooperate"? We left the car with valet and I forgot my keys and went upstairs, then they called saying, "Didn't you say to cooperate since we're busy?" That really left me with a bad feeling.
