It was clean and just right for use.

Went to see the Gokseong Rose Festival~ There were no rooms in Gokseong so I hurriedly booked a nearby place. I was worried because reviews were bad, but the twin room had relatively okay reviews so I felt relieved. Seeing it in person it was better than I expected. I was only going to sleep there anyway~~ It was my first time at an unmanned/self-service hotel, and I actually found it rather convenient. The heavy comforter might be a bit uncomfortable for my parents, but we rested well and are leaving now~ If they remodel it could become a nicer place~ (For reference, the bathroom silhouette showed through a bit, so it was a little embarrassing when showering!!) So shy

I'm definitely not someone who leaves reviews. Would you regret going? The photos are so different~~

The owner was kind. I was okay with the facilities being aged. The cleanliness was quite serious though. The bathroom floor was very slippery. Looking at the condition of the bathtub I decided I could not take a bath. There were stains on the bed sheets. When I turned on the air conditioner, black crumbs fell onto the bed... The mattress was so uncomfortable that I had a sleepless night. Very disappointing.

It's a shame, but I wouldn't call it clean.

It was nearly check-in time but I hadn't received a room assignment, so I inquired and was told that because it was fully booked the previous day the inspection schedule was delayed and they would send a text message at five o'clock, but I never heard anything. Since I had time, I went out for dinner and only received the message that the room had been assigned almost at six. There was no explanation or apology, and no notice that the whirlpool was not working. Hot water wasn't available, so I could only wash with lukewarm water around ten at night. The refrigerator was not cold at all, so I asked the front desk to store my refrigerated items. I intentionally booked a special room, but overall it was a disappointing stay.

The room was clean The facilities seemed a bit old... I wish the price had been a bit more reasonable.

I booked a special room, and when I checked in the ceiling was high and it was cold. There is a spa on the second floor, but they did not disinfect it so the bathtub was not clean, and no matter how cold it is, the indoor temperature should be at least 28°C to feel warm — it was too cold. I will not consider returning. I came back with nothing but a bad cold instead of having a good time~
