Among accommodations in Ilsan, I think this is the best. It's clean, and the TV is very close right in front of the bed, which I like. You can rest well on the bed.

The room was clean and quiet; I liked it.
-Due to the mechanical parking garage operated within the commercial building, only domestic compact cars and smaller are allowed to park.
-Foreign cars, electric cars, SUVs, hatchbacks, sports cars, medium/large sedans, and vehicles that do not fit the parking tower specifications cannot be parked.
-Ray, Casper, Bisto, and Atoz vehicles cannot be parked. We appreciate your understanding.
-If you use a vehicle that does not fit the specifications, parking is not available, and cancellations and refunds are not possible.
-For nearby parking, you can use the public parking lot next to the Seven Eleven on the 1st floor. The fee is 300 KRW per 10 minutes within 120 minutes, and 600 KRW per 10 minutes for over 120 minutes.
The fee is charged from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM; no fees apply outside these hours.
-Ilsandong-gu Office parking lot offers free parking from 9:00 PM on Friday to 8:00 AM on Monday.
-An additional Day Use fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged for multi-night stays including a Saturday.
-Location Guide: Search for Hosu Gwangjang Building, Jungbalsan Station Exit 1 for subway users, 6th floor of the building with Seven Eleven on the 1st floor.
- All rooms have Netflix (personal account if many connections) and YouTube (personal account)
available.
- All rooms are non-smoking (smoking booths available on each floor).
- All rooms are equipped with 65-inch UHD TVs (some also have Samsung 45-inch curved TVs).
- All rooms have hair straighteners + hair dryers permanently installed.
- All rooms do not have PCs.
- Deluxe Twin rooms do not have windows.
Non-refundable & Non-cancellable Policy
- Room numbers cannot be specified for your reservation.
- Entry is not permitted if you do not have a valid ID.
- Guests causing disturbances during room use will be checked out immediately.
- Parking is not available for vehicles that do not fit the parking tower specifications.
- Candle, balloon, and petal events are not allowed in the room.
Multi-Night Stay Information
- For multi-night stays including a Saturday, a Day Use fee of 30,000 KRW will be incurred.
Additional Guest Information
- Exceeding the standard occupancy of the room is prohibited.
- Events & parties are prohibited.
- The standard occupancy for all rooms is 2 people, with Twin rooms accommodating up to 3 people.
Additional charges apply.
- Additional guest fee: 10,000 KRW per person
- First aid supplies such as allergy medication, band-aids, etc.
