Dictionary Hotel is a smoke-free hotel throughout the entire property.

A room maintenance fee of 100,000 won will be charged for smoking in guest rooms. Smoking is permitted only outside the building.

The standard occupancy for all rooms is 2 guests, and only a maximum of 2 guests are permitted per room.

Moving between rooms is prohibited, and mixed-gender occupancy is strictly forbidden (if discovered, you will be forced to check out, and no refund will be issued for this reason).

If additional guests beyond the standard occupancy are allowed to stay without authorization, you will be subject to immediate eviction, and no refund will be issued for this reason.

One vehicle per room is permitted; if a second vehicle is parked, the key must be deposited at Branch 2.

Extended stay fees are 10,000 won per hour; please inquire at the front desk in advance.

You may be held liable for damages if linens or towels are stained by hair dye or other contaminants.

Vehicle access is strictly prohibited for “Walking Special” room types.

The usage time for “Unlimited Stay” rooms is listed as the maximum allowed time; actual usage time may vary depending on closing times.

Please note that for Package 1 and 2, room assignments are random.

One free parking space per guest per room (total capacity: 20 vehicles)

For each additional guest beyond the standard occupancy, a 10,000 won fee is payable on-site (free for children under 36 months).

We require all guests to present valid identification. In accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Youth Protection Act, we reserve the right to restrict access to guests who refuse to present identification.

Please note that cancellations or refunds are not possible for refusals of check-in resulting from reservations involving minors sharing a room.

Even in special rooms accommodating two or more guests, mixed-gender groups of three or more people (other than families) are not permitted.

All rooms are non-smoking. If smoking is detected indoors, you may be charged additional fees related to deodorization, in addition to a fine imposed under Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.

We may request compensation for excessive damage to linens, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events, as well as fire-hazardous materials such as fireworks and pyrotechnics, is prohibited; you may be held liable for compensation in the event of damage or fire resulting from their use.

Rooms may not be used for purposes other than lodging, and commercial video filming is not permitted.

Pursuant to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, cash, other valuables, and valuables left inside vehicles must, as a general rule, be deposited at the front desk; the partner establishment assumes no liability for cash or other valuables not deposited at the front desk.

When leaving the hotel after check-in, please leave your key card at the front desk whenever possible; you may be charged a fee if the key card is lost.

Excessive noise caused by drinking, loud shouting, or similar behavior may result in immediate eviction, and no refunds will be issued.

Damage to or theft of guest room property may result in criminal prosecution.

Upon arrival, please proceed to the lobby on the first floor and present the name of the person who made the reservation or your reservation confirmation text message, and we will assist you with check-in.

OTT services such as Netflix are available for free only on your own account.

In support of environmentally conscious ESG management, we are selling select single-use amenity sets for a fee. Please inquire at the front desk if you wish to purchase them.

Reusable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in your room are available for free.

Amenity Set Contents: Toothpaste (2), toothbrushes (2), foaming cleanser (2), shaving gel, razor, cleansing cream, ladies’ set, feminine wash, shower towel (Contents may vary by hotel.)

Dogs are permitted provided they are well-trained breeds weighing 6 kg or less. One dog is free of charge; however, an additional fee of 20,000 won per dog will be charged for each additional dog.

Leashes are required when moving with your dog inside the hotel.

If your dog damages the wallpaper, linens, or furniture, you will be charged for the damage. You may not leave your dog unattended; you must take your dog with you whenever you go out.

Please be aware that failure to comply with the above rules may result in mandatory eviction.
