The value for the price is very good. Hot water comes out very well. It is close to Tongdosa Temple, there is parking (about 5 cars), and convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, so it was convenient in many ways. If I had to point out a drawback and make a suggestion to the owner: the woman at the front desk who appeared to be a foreigner pushed us into a regular room despite our reservation for an ondol room (traditional heated-floor room) without much explanation, and insisted on charging the 10,000 won extra person fee, pressuring us to pay. I understand the request for the extra person fee since it was discussed in advance, but considering her tone, stubbornness, and bold attitude, I recommend replacing her with someone—whether a local or a foreigner—who understands instructions and communicates clearly for the sake of the business.

If I have to point out a downside and make a suggestion to the owner: the foreign(?) woman at the front desk, even though we had reserved an ondol room, insisted on putting us in a regular room without much explanation and pressured us to pay the additional person fee of 10,000 won. I understand asking for the extra fee since it was mentioned in advance, but considering her tone, stubbornness, and brazen attitude, I think it would be better for business to replace her with someone—whether a local or a foreigner—who understands and follows instructions well.
