The chair is in very bad condition, there is no robe, and the one I did receive had holes all over.

All rooms are assigned randomly, and specific room reservations are not possible.
All rooms are based on a standard occupancy of 2 guests.
Only twin rooms allow for additional guests (up to 3 people); 4 guests are not permitted.
A valid ID must be presented at check-in. (No ID, minors, mixed-gender unmarried couples, pets are not permitted.)
Eating strongly scented foods like fermented skate is not allowed in the rooms.
Early and late check-in/out incur additional charges.
Please inquire with the hotel regarding other facility operating hours and fees.
All rooms are non-smoking. (A 100,000 KRW fine will be charged for smoking in the room.)
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the bathroom of each room.
An additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person will be charged for each guest exceeding the standard occupancy of 2 people per room.
Complimentary breakfast is provided for staying guests at the restaurant located on basement level 1 of the hotel.
