Total parking spaces are limited to 25, with one vehicle per room.

Parking is not available for walk-in special bookings, so please make sure to select a vehicle reservation on the booking screen.

When the parking lot is full, we provide 18-hour registration at an external parking lot a 1-minute walk away. Please inform the front desk of your vehicle type when parking.

Parking may be restricted due to limited space depending on the type of vehicle. For SUVs, luxury sedans, imported cars, or vehicles with high or low chassis, please confirm parking availability with the property in advance.

An additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person will be charged for each guest exceeding the standard occupancy (ages 8 and above~adult).

For stays that include weekends and public holidays, an additional multi-night fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged (check-out 12:00 PM - check-in 9:00 PM time difference).

Additional fees will be processed at the front desk.

All visiting guests are requested to present identification. Please understand that use may be restricted if ID verification is refused, based on Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Youth Protection Act.

Cancellations/refunds for entry refusal due to bookings by minors for mixed-gender stays are not possible.

Even for special rooms with a maximum standard occupancy of 2 people or more, mixed-gender groups of 3 or more are not permitted, except for family units.

This property is a non-smoking building. Please note that if indoor smoking is detected, fines under Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, including additional charges related to odor removal, may be incurred.

In case of excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc., compensation may be requested. The use of tape for events, as well as fire hazards such as gunpowder and fireworks, is prohibited. In case of damage or fire after use, liability for compensation may be charged.

In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, as well as valuables inside vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The property is not responsible for cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

When going out after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged if the card key is lost.

If excessive noise is generated due to acts such as drinking or shouting, guests may be asked to vacate immediately, and refunds are not possible.

In case of damage to or theft of room items, criminal penalties may apply depending on the circumstances.

In an effort to participate in ESG management for environmental sustainability, some disposable amenity sets are sold for a fee. Please inquire at the front desk for purchase.

Reusable products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room are free to use.
