The worst lodging; very unsanitary.

I often stayed in Goesan for business, and because there are not many accommodations in Goesan itself my choices were limited, but out of the few places I tried this was the best. The facilities are old, but it seems they keep everything really clean. They especially seem to take good care of the beds and pillows. Of course there are things that need fixing, especially the showerhead should probably be replaced. Even so, compared with other accommodations in town the price is about one third, and it's spacious and quiet. If you have a car there is no need to go elsewhere. Also, the owner is very kind! Wishing you prosperity!

No hot water. I called and was told that because it is the room at the very end, it will come if I wait. When I said I had waited 5 minutes, they dismissed me with a comment like "it wasn't 5 minutes, haha" and answered dismissively. In the end, even after leaving it on for an additional 20 minutes, no hot water came. They made me appreciate the value of the 40,000 won room I stayed in the previous day that didn't even have a bathroom ventilation fan.
