The check-in time and location were overall very good, but because it's a basement room ventilation was poor, which was disappointing. The owner is kind and friendly.

Guidelines on ID Checks and Precautions for the Protection of Minors

We are checking IDs to protect minors.

(Same-day cancellations due to failure to present an ID are not possible, so please verify this information before making your reservation.)

Adults accompanied by minors may only be of the same gender. Even if you are booking two or more rooms,

all guests must be of the same gender, so please verify this before making your reservation.

Multi-Night Stay Fees: In addition to the room rate, an extra 10,000 won applies on weekdays (Sunday–Thursday)

On weekends (Friday, Saturday, and the day before public holidays), an additional 30,000 won applies.

For early check-in or late check-out, an additional 10,000 won will be charged per hour over the allotted time.

Mixed-gender stays are prohibited for groups of three or more (families are permitted).

We operate non-smoking rooms (Deluxe rooms are available).

If parking is available, only one vehicle per room may be reserved.

Two bottles of bottled water and two welcome drinks are provided free of charge daily.

Additional beverages and coffee are available free of charge in the first-floor lobby.

Guests staying for multiple nights who would like their rooms cleaned may

submit a request at the front desk between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Please understand that cleaning outside of these hours is not possible.

Pets are not allowed in the rooms.

If caught, you will be forced to check out without a refund, and you will be charged for the resulting disinfection and sanitation costs.

Parking is not permitted before the designated entry time.

Parking is available for only one vehicle per room.
