It was clean and I would like to use it again next time.
The female owner at the front desk is very kind. There is a nearby market and Tancheon stream, so it is convenient for walks and meals.
I am fully satisfied just because it is a non-smoking room.
It was nice that I could check in early. They reflected my requests well, which I appreciated. Accessibility is good when using Chonnam National University Hospital. It was simple, but there was breakfast so I ate well~~

There is Namgwangju Market right nearby, and May 18 Democratic Square is within walking distance, so the location is good. The staff response was friendly, the accommodation was clean, and there were many things to enjoy like Netflix, DPL, etc. Breakfast in the morning was simple and coffee is free. It was good enough that I used it a second time.
It wasn't bad at all! I'll use it again next time.
As other reviews said, the room was cleaned thoroughly, and the simple breakfast (sliced bread, milk, cup instant noodles, coffee) was good for a quick meal. However, the parking lot is very narrow and inconvenient.
