Monthly cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization are performed to maintain a clean and pleasant room environment.

The 5th-floor dining room operates 24 hours, so guests can use it at their desired time.

All rooms are based on 2 people, and additional guests are not possible. (Mixed-gender groups of 3 or more are also not allowed. If additional guests are found, forced eviction without refund is possible.)

Early check-in, late check-out, and Multi-Night Deal are all possible. However, additional fees apply, so please inquire at the counter in advance! Additional fees may apply for room type changes!

Minors are not allowed to enter (physical ID required. Refunds or cancellations due to this are not possible). If accompanied by infants/toddlers, please inquire with the accommodation in advance. Additional costs and booking cancellations may occur.

Please note that you may be liable for compensation if bedding or towels are stained. (As they are pure white, stains and dirt often do not completely come out. We cannot provide stained items to other guests, so we purchase new products and charge the corresponding cost.)

Guests who book special offer rooms (Walk-In Special/event) will not receive the 'Bboguri' ramen service provided during their stay.

We have a parking lot in front of the accommodation and a second parking lot.

The second parking lot is the former Hotel Avenue. Please refer to this when using it!

Only one car per room can be parked. If you bring two or more cars, only one can be parked. Many people book Walk-In Special or on foot and bring a car. Please confirm and book :)
