Basic Guidelines

The use of wall-mounted balloons or banners for events or parties, as well as the use of candles, dyeing, or throwing objects—any acts resulting in damage or destruction—will be reported and subject to compensation.

You may be charged for the room rate for the duration required to restore the room.

You may be assigned a room of the same type but different from the one shown in the photos.

All rooms are non-smoking; smoking inside a room will result in a 100,000 won room cleaning fee.

A designated smoking area is available in the first-floor parking lot; please refrain from smoking inside your room.

A fee may apply for the reissuance of a lost key card.

Please strictly observe check-in and check-out times to allow for room maintenance (cleaning).

Unclaimed lost items will be held for up to 4 weeks before being disposed of.

Room rates are based on two guests; additional charges may apply for extra guests.
