All rooms are limited to a maximum of 2 guests. For Premium and VIP rooms, additional guests are permitted;

please inform the front desk. The fee for each additional guest is 10,000 won.

Minors are not permitted to stay, and ID will be verified upon check-in.

Shared occupancy with non-family members is not permitted. Please ensure there are no errors when making your reservation, as check-in may be denied.

When using the day-use service, check-in may be delayed due to cleaning and room inspections.

For consecutive night stays, an additional day-use fee will be charged.

You may be assigned a room of the same type but different from the one shown in the photos.

Please strictly adhere to check-in and check-out times to allow for room maintenance (cleaning).
