We operate all rooms as non-smoking to provide a pleasant environment for guests. However, many guests still smoke in their rooms, so we would like to provide this notice.

If a smoking room is discovered after check-out, the booker's name will be recorded, and cancellation information will be provided for future reservations.

Only 1 car per room is allowed. Advance inquiry is required.

For additional cars beyond 1 per room, an extra charge of 10,000 KRW per car applies on weekdays, and 20,000 KRW on weekends and the day before holidays.

Do not park and leave without permission just because you have a reservation.

Please come to the front desk to confirm your reservation and use the parking facilities.

Pets are not allowed.

Please note that if a pet is found after check-in, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

For families, proof documents (resident registration copy & family relations certificate) may be requested, so advance inquiry is essential.

If only minors are checking in, please inquire with the accommodation if parental consent form, resident registration copy, and parent's contact information are available.
