I stayed here again this time and had a good stay.

The accommodation is good for the price.
I stayed in the most expensive room, but it felt empty and the floor creaked from being old. Even regular motels will give you wine glasses if you ask, but they said they don't have those things — the interior is tacky. Honestly, after paying almost 200,000 won I should have gone to a hotel.
The place was clean and quiet, which I liked. I also liked the bed. I wish they still offered breakfast like before; that would be perfect and is a shame it's gone.
I always leave feeling well rested.
In June, the fire department visited to conduct an inspection and complete the certification.
All guest rooms now use the same bedding laundry service as nearby 3-star hotels, and the TVs have been upgraded to 65–75-inch Samsung models.
A 2-minute walk from Seohyeon Station, a 5-minute walk from Jesaeng Hospital, and a 5-minute walk to the Tax Office and District Office.
Located a 5-minute walk from Jaseng Korean Medicine Hospital and within a 10-minute drive of Pangyo, this hotel is currently undergoing evaluation for a 2-star tourist hotel rating.
As we have many business travelers, we maintain a quiet and clean environment.

The standard occupancy for all rooms is 2 guests, and cross-occupancy (where existing guests check out and new guests check in) is not permitted.
Twin-bed rooms accommodate 3 guests; all other rooms accommodate 2 guests. Occupancy exceeding the specified limit is not permitted.
Additional fees apply for guests exceeding the standard occupancy limit.

The entire hotel building is a smoke-free facility, and all guest rooms are non-smoking.
Please be advised that if smoking is detected, a fine of 100,000 won will be imposed to cover room cleaning and maintenance costs.

We ask that you refrain from smoking so as not to disturb the comfortable stay of other guests.

When staying with children, you are responsible for managing any noise they may cause.
Only one vehicle per room may be parked.
Parking is not permitted before check-in time, and
check-in is processed the moment you park.
A total of 36 parking spaces are available: 12 in the surface lot and 24 in the automated parking system.
