We are disinfecting all surfaces and

amenities that guests come into contact with.

We ask for your understanding if you notice the smell of disinfectant for the time being,

and we will do our utmost to enforce even stricter fire safety and COVID-19 disinfection measures than usual.

Areas subject to thorough disinfection (all door handles in bathrooms and guest rooms, remote controls, keyboards, control panels, etc.)

We ask that you wear a mask whenever possible,

and hand sanitizer is available near the hotel elevators,

so please be sure to use it before entering your room.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the hotel’s safety and cleanliness.

Student ID cards are not accepted; only resident registration cards will be accepted for verification.

If two people check in and additional guests sneak in later, you will be forcibly evicted upon discovery and reported to the police.

Reservations subject to restrictions—such as age limits or unauthorized guests—are non-refundable.

☆ Guests who intentionally cause serious contamination, damage, or misconduct in the room, or commit theft,

will be strictly dealt with and will be barred from check-in even if they have made a reservation.

☆This establishment does not provide any venue or facilitate activities such as prostitution or gambling.

☆We strongly request that guests refrain from loud shouting, late-night parties, and noise.

Please observe proper etiquette for the sake of your neighbors after midnight.

☆Parking is limited to one vehicle per room.

Please use the hotel’s valet parking, the parking lot behind the hotel, or the public parking lot in front of the hotel. (Parking is not permitted before check-in time on Saturdays and Sundays.)

☆In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, the hotel assumes no liability for items not specifically declared for safekeeping,

including securities, cash, high-value items, valuables, and other such items.

★Rental items are available free of charge at the front desk upon presentation of a valid ID.

★Parking is limited to one vehicle per room; for additional vehicles,

Please book a “Consecutive Night Stay” room when staying over the weekend. If you book a consecutive night stay in a different room type,

an additional daily fee of 30,000 won will apply on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

For weekday stays, an additional 20,000 won will be charged.

At Soma Hotel, for the convenience of our guests,

we allow a reasonable amount of time for checkout.

However, due to excessively late checkouts recently,

there have been frequent instances where guests with subsequent reservations have been delayed in checking in.

A fee of 10,000 won will be charged for check-outs delayed by less than 1 hour.

Please note that a room rental fee will apply for delays of 1 hour or more.

We kindly ask for your active cooperation in this matter.
