I liked that check-in and check-out times were not burdensome, but the OTT connection did not work at all, and the air conditioner was off, so I had to change rooms, which was disappointing.
It was quiet and clean, so I rested well.
It is a good value, clean hotel. I am satisfied every time I go.

It would be good if they fixed the lack of soundproofing and the overpowering air freshener smell in the room and bathroom. You can hear everything the neighboring room says—it's almost like eavesdropping.
It's clean and nice, but first, the soundproofing is poor. They don't provide disposable toiletries, you have to buy them for 2,000 won; even if you buy them, there were no lotion/skin toner... I bought it for the lotion/skin toner... You can borrow a hair iron and a charger at the front desk, but the charger is super slow.

4. As part of the KCDC's response guidelines, temperature checks are conducted on guests and all visitors using non-contact thermometers.
(Guests showing symptoms such as high fever may be restricted from staying and using facilities.)
To prevent the spread of the virus and for your safety, we ask that you voluntarily wear masks and use the hand sanitizers provided in the hotel when visiting.
