Everything was good, but please remove the dead mosquitoes on the wall :( There are a lot stuck to the white wall so it's kind of gross...

It was fine after the initial remodeling, but after the front desk staff changed, waiting for parking takes forever. They absolutely won't move cars in advance; even if you come down right away you still have to wait—it's an awful system.
