Good accessibility and the facilities are clean! The sink, shower booth, and toilet are separate so it was very convenient, and the bedding was also very comfortable!!

I was worried because the area is a very noisy downtown, but they gave me a high-floor room so it was quieter and more pleasant than I expected! They also upgraded the room; it was clean and the bedding was fluffy and very nice. The staff are friendly ^^ I will come again!

Their wholehearted responses to even small requests were very impressive, and among the 4- and 5-star hotels I have stayed at, they were one of the most friendly. Since the hotel is located in Hongdae, many foreigners probably stay there, and I think the guests who stayed at Ambassador will leave with great memories of Korea. I am very thankful for that. I visited for the first time with my girlfriend to celebrate the New Year, and thanks to the staff we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay! We will visit often from now on! Happy New Year!
